After a long planning process Strada Homes have received planning permission to proceed with development of its Mews site in Abington, Northampton.  The planning application, was approved by the Planning Inspectorate in August after nearly 12 months in progress.

Commenting on the decision, Mike Khan Group CEO stated "We are glad the Planning Inspectorate are supportive of the proposed development.  This scheme will not only bring much needed homes to the area but will also offer local buyers something unique and contemporary within the traditional area of Abington."

The courtyard scheme consists of nine mixed 1,2 and 3 bed duplex apartments with an ultra-modern stand alone 2 bedroom unit within the rear courtyard.  Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2018 with reservations being taken in the summer.
