Strada Homes are pleased to announce the appointment of Scroxton & Partners to design it's new residential scheme in East Northants. The newly-rebranded practice will provide design and architectural support through the planning process and specification of the 8 unit new build development.

Commenting on the appointment, Mike Khan Group CEO "We have a strong partnership with Scroxton & Partners having previously worked with them on two schemes in Northamptonshire. We are excited to have them on board to be the principal lead for our next project in the area. East Northants is seeing huge investment in residential and commercial development and is anchored around a fantastic amenities hub in Rushden Lakes to support the growth in the area. We are delighted to be involved in the local community and are looking forward to building something very special on this site."

The East Northants site is due to commence construction in Spring 2020 with reservations available in the Autumn.
