Each of our Projects are part-funded by Strada Group, Bank Finance and Retail Investors. This ensures that we have the best balance between securing our funding stream and balancing returns.
This also means there are fantastic opportunities for our retail investors to get involved in property development without the need for day-to-day responsibilities.
Who can invest?
Investors must be eligible under the FCA definition of a ‘sophisticated investor’ or a ‘high net worth individual’ and will be required to self-certify this before we can discuss specific schemes or rates of return.
What Returns do you offer?
Returns vary across projects depending upon investment level and project duration. Get in touch to discuss specific terms for our retail investors, subject to eligibility.
How long will my money be invested?
A typical project lasts 12-18 months with investment deposit and interest being returned at the end of the sales period.
