Our Group Approach
Strada Homes was founded in 2016 as part of the larger Strada Group organisation. The group focuses on bringing innovation to existing industries where products are generally standard, usually high volume and outstanding customer service is lacking. With interests across tech, events & training and co-working our group founder Mike Khan thought Property should be no exception and created the Strada Homes brand to fulfil our vision for the new homes market.

Mike Khan
Founder & Group CEO
After nearly 20 years working with some of the biggest global brands Mike now leads Strada Homes and the Group as CEO.
Mike works with the team to create the strategy and vision for the business and also leads all Investor and Landowner relations.
Janet Lees
Architectural Design Lead
Janet holds the position of Associate Director at our Architectural Partner MBA and leads all of Strada's development scheme design and specification activity.
Alice Williams
Finance & Investment Lead
Alice manages our investment sourcing and banking relationships as part of PilotFish Partnership. With a background in banking she is perfectly placed to drive our investor growth.
