Kingston-upon-Hull, the UK City of Culture for 2017 is seeing massive investment into the area to support the growth of the city across both  its industrial and residential areas. To coincide with this, Strada Homes has acquired the site of the old Bay Horse P.H. in the city centre with planning approved for conversion into 6 residential apartments.

The scheme contains four, 1 and 2 bedroom duplex apartments and two stunning mezzanine units with secure car parking included with each unit.
